Jonathan is said to have been attacked by a group of militants, according to Leadership Newspaper.
The attackers reportedly chased the former president’s convoy from the Julius Berger bridge area of Yenagoa to the entrance of his home in the Kpansia area.
The attackers were however overpowered by a combined team of security operatives attached to the former president.
